What each visit looks like

Comprehensive visit

A full deep-dive into your current health status. Reviews labs, symptoms, lifestyle factors, and protocol progress in depth. Used to establish or significantly reset your care plan.

Included in Complete (1/yr) and Performance Forge (2/yr)

Follow-up visit

A 30-minute progress check. Reviews how you’re responding to the current protocol, adjusts as needed, and confirms next steps. The working visit of ongoing functional medicine care.

Included in all membership tiers

Messaging check-in

An asynchronous message exchange through the secure patient portal. Not a visit, but a standing touchpoint so your care stays continuous between appointments. I respond directly.

Monthly in Essential and Complete. Every two weeks in Performance Forge.

Priority illness visit

A telehealth visit for acute, non-emergency issues such as a UTI, sinus infection, or medication reaction. Subject to availability. Not a substitute for emergency care.

Family and household discount

Additional household members save 20% on their monthly membership. Each member gets their own intake at a discounted rate of $180 (20% off $225) and their own individual plan. Primary member must remain actively enrolled.

Memberships bill monthly and you can cancel anytime with appropriate notice. You are never locked in.

Simple, transparent pricing

You always know the price before anything is ordered. Labs, supplements, and medications are billed separately, and a superbill is available if you want to seek reimbursement from your insurance.

Priority illness visits are available for acute, non-emergency needs based on schedule availability. For emergencies, always call 911 or go to the nearest ER.
